FOXTEL is proud to present The 2011 Helpmann Awards broadcast live from the Sydney Opera House on STUDIO, this Monday 1 August from 7.30pm AEST.
Australia’s equivalent to the Tony Awards on Broadway and London’s Olivier Awards, the Helpmann Awards recognise excellence in all genres of Australian live performance, including contemporary music, theatre, musicals, opera and ballet.
Join hosts Katie Noonan, prima ballerina Darcey Bussell and Todd McKenney from 7.30pm as STUDIO walks the red carpet with the stars. Coverage continues at 8pm as the glamorous awards ceremony – hosted by Helpmann Award-winning director Jonathan Biggins – swings into action with dazzling live performances from the finest productions of the year.
